Harm to Paid Subscription Content of Macro Spectrum: You must not (or assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized manners, or in ways that harm paid services of Macro Spectrum & our systems. For example, you must not (a) gain or try to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (d) collect information about our users in any unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge for our Services.
Third-party services: Our Services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and other products and services. When you use third-party services, their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
Information you provide / Account information / Privacy of user data: Macro Spectrum does not sell, rent or monetize your personal data or content in any way - ever. Macro Spectrum notifications cannot be accessed by other third parties or us because they are always end-to-end encrypted, private, and secure. You register a phone number/email id when you create a paid subscriber account at Macro Spectrum. Phone numbers are used to provide our Services to you and other paid subscriber users. You may optionally add other information to your account, such as a profile name and profile picture. This information is end-to-end encrypted.
Your Rights: You own the information you submit through our Services. You must have the right to the phone number you use to sign up for your Macro Spectrum paid subscription account.
Macro Spectrum Rights on it’s contents of research reports/ opinions & in house podcasts: We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, and other intellectual property rights unless you have our written permission.
Macro Spectrum paid subscription license to You: The paid subscription at Macro Spectrum grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms. If we decide to discontinue to provide the Service, we will inform you by providing at least a 3 (three) calendar days' notice (which may be provided by email, facsimile etc.); These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. The competent courts in Mumbai, India shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute or claim arising hereunder. Payment: You represent that you are at least the minimum age required to enter into a legal agreement. You agree to pay us for any Subscription Based Services you purchase from us, as well as all other charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including purchases made by you or anyone you allow to use your account or any sub-or linked accounts (including any person with implied, actual, or apparent authority) or anyone who gains access to your account as a result of your failure to safeguard your authentication credentials. You authorize and direct us to charge your designated payment method for these charges or, if it fails, to charge any other payment method you have on file with us, even if we received it in association with other Subscription Based Services. You are responsible for all charges even if your payment method fails or is denied. You authorize and direct us to retain all information about any payment method(s) associated with your account. We may import payment information you entered during a prior purchase and provide you the option to use that payment information during purchase of a new product. You permit us to obtain and use updated information from the issuer of your payment method in accordance with the policies and procedures of any applicable card brands. We may in some instances continue charging a payment method past its expiration date at our discretion and subject to the payment processors' or issuing bank's approval. Surcharges may apply if you use certain payment methods, such as payment from your checking or savings account. We may charge for Subscription Based Services in advance and on a daily, monthly, yearly, lump sum, or other basis in accordance with the stated terms, as long as your subscription remains active, even if you have not downloaded or used such Service or accessed your online account. We may (and you authorize us to) take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us. You authorize us to do so for verification and anti-fraud purposes.
Renewal: We use auto-renewal for many of our Subscription Based Services. At the expiration of each subscription term for such Subscription Based Services, we will automatically renew your subscription and charge the credit card or other payment method you have provided to us, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period. Unless otherwise stated herein, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the then-current price, excluding promotional and discount pricing. We may, in our sole discretion, post charges to your payment method individually or aggregate charges for some or all of your Subscription Based Services with us.
Fraud Protection: We may take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us, including debiting amounts less than $1.00 from your credit card and then immediately crediting it back. You authorize us to do so for verification and anti-fraud purposes.

There will be NO REFUND cases considered for any of the subscription options.
THERE IS NO OPTION TO CANCEL AN INDIVIDUAL REPORT SUBSCRIPTION.
If you want to cancel your monthly/quarterly/annual subscription, you can do so from your user account page before your next payment is due. All future charges, post the end of the current billing cycle, associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time during your subscription period; your cancellation will become effective ONLY at the end of your current billing cycle. You WILL NOT receive a refund for the remainder of the current billing cycle; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.
